The user interface for this via 'rdma' is just a single string to
define what you get.

So that string must unambigously specify all the parameters.

If we end up with weird variations then we need more strings.

The string 'rxe' means RDMA over RoCEv1/2 only.
 
And yes.. in retrospect we probably should have choosen better names
than just using rxe.
