Just want to get them on the list. In my mind there is no sense holding on to patches. So just get them out when they are ready so folks can review as they have time.

We catch the release train as it goes by. Whether that's 4.18 or 4.19 doesn't really matter for these "for-next" patches, just whatever is next. I guess you can put this series as for-next-next. :)

Now, the ones I sent for -rc should probably land in the merge window or the -rc cycle for 4.18.
