We catch the release train as it goes by. Whether that's 4.18 or 4.19
doesn't really matter for these "for-next" patches, just whatever is
next. I guess you can put this series as for-next-next. :)
Now, the ones I sent for -rc should probably land in the merge window or
the -rc cycle for 4.18.
