[PATCH] RDS: Simplify code

Calling 'list_splice' followed by 'INIT_LIST_HEAD' is equivalent to
'list_splice_init'.

This has been spotted with the following coccinelle script:

-   INIT_LIST_HEAD(y);
+   list_splice_init(y,z);
