[PATCH] IB/rxe: fix GFP_KERNEL in spinlock context

There is skb_clone(skb, GFP_KERNEL) in spinlock context
in rxe_rcv_mcast_pkt().

Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).
