[linux-pm] Next step in suspend() parameters type-safety...

Hi!

Almost complete type-checking infrastructure is in place; next step
will probably look like this:

[Only obscure /sysfs code passes anything but 3 to to
pci_device_suspend, anyway, so this is pretty close to nop ;-)]
