[PATCH v2][next] PCI: imx6: Use fallthrough pseudo-keyword

Replace the existing /* fall through */ comments and its variants with
the new pseudo-keyword macro fallthrough[1]. Also, remove unnecessary
fall-through markings when it is the case.
