Can you collect the complete dmesg log and output of "lspci -vv" (run as root)? I know this is a Debian kernel, but the upstream kernel likely still has the same problem, so it'd be good if you opened a bug report at http://bugzilla.kernel.org (drivers/pci category). Is there any hotplug involved here? Since this doesn't seem to be a problem every iwlwifi user sees, possibly we didn't assign resources to the iwlwifi device in this case.
