Yeah.

Evidently, the DSDT expects GPE 0x0D to trigger on wakeup events
for the Ethernet and EHCI, although it doesn't appear to contain any
device entries for xHCI.

So, it looks like the BIOS writers at least expected ACPI interrupts to be
triggered by PMEs.  That evidently doesn't happen, though.
