Yes, refer to the reference manual, most bits of the hsio-blk registers are defined for this PLL clock. But there are still two PCIe PHY reset bits, BIT(4) and BIT(5) of GPR_REG0. Can all this bits and manipulations be encapsulated into one clock provided by blk-ctrls? It's my pleasure that if you can take a look at it, and let blk-ctrls provide one clock for PCIe or USB modules.
