I couldn't tell that, is that supposed to be 'physical' address from the I/O device perspective, or the translated virtual address from the kernel point of view, or the host physical address.

Maybe but at this point I though the device tried to read from memory..

I think 4KB are reserved for each IOMMU.

Please note that interrupt remapping is disabled in BIOS.
