[PATCH 1/2] extcon: palmas: Added a new compatible type *ti,palmas-usb-vid*

The Palmas device contains only a USB VID detector, so added a
compatible type *ti,palmas-usb-vid*. Dint remove the existing compatible
types for backward compatibility.
