There shouldn't be any need to keep the old macros after the 2.6.34 merge 
window.  Probably the best time to remove them would be in a patch queued 
for the 2.6.35 merge window.

Any new patches that use 44xx IRQs would be required to use the 
autogenerated IRQ macros after the 2.6.34 merge.

Now would also be a good time to get the autogenerated DMA data in, for 
similar reasons.
