omap serial(uart) fails in TX after boot (sometimes)

Hello,

We observed issue with omap4460, where the transmit (from omap to
device) fails after boot. When it fails after the reset, it will
continue the fail no matter what, and there is nothing we can do,
except reset.
The recieve(rx) is always OK.

We also see that this issue was also reported by others:
https://e2e.ti.com/support/general/f/266/p/456488/1974348#1974348

Yet, I don't see that there is any patch yet, which solved this issue.
Is anyone familiar with a fix ?

I've see in mainline some related fixes, but I'm not sure:
