Ok, so I tried 2016.03, and that booted fine. Athough eSATA still didn't
work when compiled as a module.

Tried u-boot master, and it just hangs:

  U-Boot SPL 2016.03 (Mar 31 2016 - 17:15:32)
  DRA752 ES1.1
  Trying to boot from MMC2_2

Unfortunately, I tested booting from eMMC, and now need to figure out
how to get it to boot from SD... or some way of reverting back to a
working u-boot SPL on eMMC.
