It also wouldn't hurt to
  - kill EXOFS_DBGMSG()
  - s/EXOFS_DBGMSG/pr_debug/g
  - #define pr_fmt(fmt) "%s: " fmt, __func__

That way we always get printf()-style warning checking, even if
CONFIG_EXOFS_DEBUG
is not enabled.

Similar for EXOFS_ERR() -> pr_err()
