This is interesting. Can you post us also the output of "ip addr", "arp -a",
"ip neigh" and "ip route" commands?

Also you need to make sure it is not a iptable problem, so also post the
content of the tables ("iptables -L" or better "iptables-save").

Also check "dmesg" as well as "netstat -S" for errors or drops.
