Well, I am not sure about that, but firewall is zywall 70 on bridged mode.
Looks like that kind of issue since all linux machines behind that firewall
does not work fine.

Looks like firewall failure.

echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_window_scaling does not fix the problem,
but this problem is also in other machine with different network card,
so it is not card driver.

what other settings I need to set to /proc/sys/net ?
