The tunnel of IPv4-in-IPv6

I find that there is IPv6-in-IPv4 tunnel support in Linux kernel, but
how can I create an IPv4-in-IPv6 tunnel on Linux?

I find there is a another implementation of IPv4-in-IPv6 tunnel called
DSTM from ENST-Bretagne. It is not easy to use to me.

Does such feature be included in the current linux kernel? What
instruction should I use if I want to create such tunnel?

Thanks for your kind support.

Best Regards
