sky2 hw checksum error under high load

FC4 late update kernels lost support for my sky2 device 11ab:4351 (Toshiba M40).

I'm testing sky2 in rc5-mm3, transplanted onto FC4 latest 2.6.14-1.1653_FC4 update kernel.

it shows some problems under load, let's say while transferring some hundred MB via NFS from a FC3 nfs server. sometimes it dumps lots of hw csum error, othertimes it simply says ' server <> not responding'. under this conditions, ifconfig shows 1,2 pkts per sec in rx, 0 in tx, but no dropped or error pkts.

with sk98lin 8.28 from tha Marvel site, it's ok.

how can I debug it ???
regards
