Should the kernel assume any implicit routes?

Tcpdump on bridge0 shows the packet looping.
Tcpdump on bond0 shows the packet looping.
Tcpdump on eth0 shows the packet go out, but tcpdump on eth1 does not show it 
comming back in?!
