Finding tasks that are about to receive a packet

Hi,

I'd like to know is there some other way to find out who is the consumer for incoming packet than sock_def_readable?

What I'd like to do is to allow network access only for certain processes by using netfilter. (Yep, these things should be done at the socket level but by doing it at the netfilter gives extremely good control over network resources per process).

And how long 'current' macro is valid when packets are sent out? Netfilter has an extension that uses it (ipt_owner), but I'd like to verify this.
