The RTMGRP_DEL_ROUTE notifications is only sent in fn_hash_delete, not fn_hash_flush. So any routes deleted by other means than fn_hash_delete will go unnotified.
But I cannot say I fully understand the proposed patch. [...]
this might be because myself I do not fully understand the whole routing code ;-)
nevertheless I can look for a better fix (b.t.w. thanks for your suggestions!) as soon as it is agreed that this is a (maybe) necessary but missing feature.
