Dear all, I have a question about the initial value of ssthresh. In linux (especially, kernel version 2.4.2 or higher), how the initial value of ssthresh is set? According to my measurement and experiment, when it seems to be dependent upon the delay or some other characteristics of the corresponding network. I am wondering if it is true or not.
