   Alright, here is the updated patch which forbids the existence of
   two policies with the same selector.

Your patch doesn't apply.  In particular this line:

 	xfrm_policy_genid++;

Does not exist in the tree anymore.

If you're going to submit patches to such a fast moving subsystem as
the networking, you'll need to generate your diffs against the latest
and greatest.

So much has changed in the XFRM policy handling in the past few weeks
that nearly no patch before these past few weeks will apply.
