e100 not supporting promiscuous mode?

Hi,

I use etherexpress NIC as a bridge port. I have noticed inclusion
of e100 driver into 2.4.20-pre kernel and decided to test it.
It seems to me that promisc mode doesn't work with e100 driver:
tcpdump never shows unicast frames destined to MACs other than
that of the NIC.

I have no problem with eepro100 driver with this NIC.
