I have an SIS900 NIC on a SIS630 board. Unfortunately, the wake-on-lan feature does not seem to work (kernel 2.4.17). I've downloaded the data sheet and tried to add the feature to the driver, but I have to admit that kernel programming is not my area of expertise. I was hoping to appeal to someone more qualified than myself to add this feature or at the very least point me in a direction that would enable me to add it.
