All the values are broadcast.

Special values are: "forwarding" and, as result, "accept_redirects".
Change in "all/forwarding" overwrites settings on another interfaces
and changes "accept_redirects". Which is really funny, but really
necessary as soon as per-interface "forwarding" flag exists.

I feel a compunction that perf-interface "forwarding" is created,
it is useless, ambiguous and painful feature.

I do not remember anything including their names.
But as soon as name is known, further is self evident.

If it is difficult to guess look into linux/inetdevice.h, where rules
of "broadcasting" are described unambiguously.
