I _think_ that there's no triple X PAD (X.3, X.28, X.29) layer available
for Linux, that is a nice project for interested volunteers as in fact it
seems there is still need for such a beast 8) But I'm a google human
frontend accessible thru mailing lists, being that, I proved myself wrong
for the above statements and that you is lazy 8) for not doing a simple
google search, look at

please let us know if this is free software of if at least it fits your
needs.
