I think Jeff Garzik, myself and others would be more than happy
to include it.  I'm even willing to do the work to port their
2.2.x driver to 2.4.x and add zerocopy support as well if given
loaner hardware.

The cheap gigabit chipsets have some minor limitations which pose some
interesting problems that I'd like to see solved in the kernel (see
previous threads wrt. unaligned headers on packet receive).
