Note: Here flow refers to a micro_flow, which is nothing but Ip_quitnet

IP_quitnet containts the following information
1)source Ip address
2)destination IP address
3)protocol
4)source port number
5) destination port number

Qcurrent is nothing but number of packets in the output queue.

4)How to set Qthresh in the output queue ..??
Qthersh is nothing but the threshhold length of the output queue .
