LanCard (A) --- 192.168.1.1                               

LanCard (B) --- 200.200.200.1 

Hello, i have 2 lancards, and has a different network each.. so is this
possible that 
if isp (A) will be down all http traffic will be directed to isp (B)? or
How i implement load balacing on my linux proxy server,,, 

can you give me some idea...
