regarding netlink unicast

HI,

   I got some reply regarding the message sent from the kernel to user
   using net link ,we shold use netlink_send_peer() which calls
   netlink_unicast().

   but netlink_unicast() calls the correspnding receive function.

   my question is if we use the same function and call the recev_msg from the
   user land we can get the message sent using netlink_send_peer.

 thanks,
  praveen.
