Obsolete tulip.c in 2.2.18

The tulip.c driver included in the 2.2.18 kernel sources is
obsolete and does not work with the very popular Linksys
Ethernet 10/100 PCI card. On my system it yields repeated
messages in the system log:

21140 transmit timed out, status ffffff

Fortunately a newer version is available that works
perfectly with this card; all that's needed is to update the
version now in the kernel sources. The version in 2.2.18
is 0.91g, dated 7/16/99; the newer version is 0.92, dated
4/17/2000. The newer version can be gotten from
http://www.scyld.com/network/tulip.html. I believe that
for correct operation, the card also requires the pci-scan
module.
