Same behaviour. Since 2.4.1 xmms randomly freeze whole system if I'm running
seti@home.
As well 2.4.2pre3 does sound corruption but only when seti@home runs
(so seems to be with heavy system load)

I'm using XFree86 4.0.2 on TNT2 card (nvidia kernel driver).
