Hello,
Thank you for the nss_wins for linux.
I have done all that wrote in README.linux file.
OK it works. I have follwed again the diagnosis
instructions.
Test1: testparm said taht I need to put "encrypt
passwords = true" if I have "security=domain"
After that it said OK.
Test2:ping deltacom => ok from doinae (Winnt)
[root@deltacom bin]# ping doinae
doing parameter veto files = /root/etc/dev/usr/
pm_process() returned Yes
added interface ip=172.20.64.5 bcast=172.20.64.255
nmask=255.255.255.0
bind succeeded on port 0
Got a positive name query response from 172.30.1.100 (
172.20.64.28 )
PING deltacom.romtelecom.ro (172.20.64.28) from
172.20.64.5 : 56(84) bytes of data.64 bytes from
172.20.64.28: icmp_seq=0 ttl=128 time=550 usec
64 bytes from 172.20.64.28: icmp_seq=1 ttl=128
time=302 usec

Test3:[root@deltacom bin]# ./smbclient -L deltacom

I don't understand why. This test was Ok.

Test4:OK. Test5:OK Test6:OK

 Again I don't understand.

Test8: net view \\deltacom
System error 5 has occured
Access is denied.

Test9: net use y: \\deltacom\tmp
The password or username is invalid for
\\deltacom\tmp.
Type the password for \\deltacom\tmp:
System error 1326 has occurred.
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password

Test10:OK Test11: failed
