Dunno about the program, but as a side note:

If your LAN is still using hubs i.s.o. switches, then first you should
of course start with changing that. If you are using switches, you may
have a problem listening in on host to host traffic, unless your switch
has a port that carries all traffic (I believe Cisco calls that a span
port). Look into it.
