how do you enable it on that tulip?  I'm using D-link DFE-570TX cards, and I
just took one out and verified that part number - 21143-TD.

Using default 2.2.16 tulip drivers, I saw about 22,000 interrupts per second
(as reported by vmstat) at around 20,000 packets per second.
