	You are asking advice on how to use some particular USERSPACE
	APPLICATION.  This forum is for Linux operating system networking
	subsystem development topics.  (And to a limited degree on how
	to configure/operate parts of it.)

	More appropriate forums for your questions are:
		- your ISP's helpdesk   ("where can I read USENET from?")
		- http://www.netscape.com/  (helpfiles on the NS communicator)
		- linux-newbie@vger.kernel.org

	Possibly you need to consider other tools for news reading than
	Netscape Communicator if you want to collect newsgroup items
	into your own disk.
