	This is application issue, not kernel one.

	Some such free mailboxes support only web-access, but that
	is another story.

	You need to use mail user agent (MUA) which can retrieve
	arrived email from remote server by which ever means that
	system supports (POP3 and IMAP4 are very likely), and
	then you send your email by means of e.g. SMTP.

	Two programs that are able to support what you need are
	- Netscape Communicator
	- PINE
