You need a sync serial card, I've used cards by Sangoma with good luck before, and I've heard good things about COMX. I suggest you avoid Etinc (search Linux-kernel for posts by their employees if you wonder why.). Be forwarned, these cards are not cheap. It's ashame, because with about $0.01us more electronic your typical serial port could probably have been made to handle upto at least 128k sync.
