[PATCH 7/8] mtd: spi-nor: Explicitly flag all Micron NORs as supporting locking

All Micron NORs seem to support the STM locking/unlocking procedure.
Set the SPI_NOR_HAS_LOCK flag to all Micron entries instead of having
a special case in the code.
