Merge Projects

What if I email the head DOSbox developers (dosbox.crew@xxxxxxxxx) and 
CC to this mailing list so that we can all figure out if there is any 
way possible to do so? As solarflow99@gmail pointed out, DOSbox is also 
declining. It would benefit both projects if we did find some way to 
merge the projects.
