   Hello.
If you mount the samba share with CIFS, add the option "nobrl", though that disables locks so it may create problems.

since Ubunto is faster I dissided to use Ubunto, and with the same
configuracions in fstab/dosemu the control of files is diferente, with
Nautilus I can create/delete/modify files on shares, but on lRedir
drives I can delete files but cant modify them, and this only hapens on
Samba Shares, on Windows Shares works fine.

What might be the problem?
