03.11.2007 Hi, I am using DOSEMU 1.4.0 under OpenSuse 10.2. When start WPDOS 6.2 it invariably crashes DOSEMU so that I find myself back at the bash prompt. The only error message I get is: "ERROR: EMU86: error 99" I have tried a variety of startup parameters for wordperfect but nothing helps. I have also tried this under FreeDOS, IBM PC-DOS 7 and MS-DOS 6.2. I tried this in a console window and in a terminal. I also tried what is suggested on the DOSEMU homepage under "EMUfailure": with "strings <program.exe> | less" I do not find the keywords: vcpi, RUN286 in wp.com, wp.exe or wp.fil Is there anybody who actually got wpdos 6.2 to run in DOSEMU? Any suggestions? Thank you.
