I am attempting to clarify, simplify, and understand Dosemu. Where do I find
the order of execution, starting with the Dosemu "wrapper" file and ending
with a c:\ ?

Freedos should be an option, but it seems to be married to Dosemu.
Personally, I use 4DOS for the command interpreter. The only directory in my
home directory under dosemu is freedos.

I want to get rid of all of the symbolic links, unless I decide to use them.
There is a series of programs tha are all 256 bytes long. Whats going on
here?

I want to set up KDE icons to execute specific DOS programs, but it seems that
I am creating a kludge of links, batch files and scripts.

I have been using Dosemu since about 30 minutes after I started using Linux,
about 12 years ago. I want to set up Linux on employees computers with
Dosemu, but I won't do it until I clearly understand it from beginning to
end, as with MS-DOS.

Help ...?
