No, it is with dosemu. And until/unless they are resolved, I don't think the development and this list will advance any noticeably. For those who haven't got a reply in that list for the last few months (and it seem to be a lot of people) I suggest them to post their questions to the SF tracker (Support Requests category) and wait till the better times.
