Ah, got it. I didn't consider about called from sdhci_set_uhs_signaling().

How about checking below?

+                       (host->mmc->ios.timing & MMC_SIGNAL_VOLTAGE_180 && host->flags & SDHCI_SIGNALING_180))

I think that it's clarifying about other cases.
