The OOPS doesn't show anything SDHI specific, it is all in the block layer. We stumbled into this issue just a few days ago where a generic cleanup broke a lot of DMA stuff: https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10668093/ Can you check if the suggested fix there helps your case as well?
