[RFC PATCH 11/21] mmc: sdhci-acpi: remove SDHCI_QUIRK_BROKEN_CARD_DETECTION

sdhci-acpi already add MMC_CAP_NONREMOVABLE for caps, so
there is no need to add SDHCI_QUIRK_BROKEN_CARD_DETECTION.
