Here are some mmc fixes intended for v4.5 rc1. These are based on a
commit earlier in the merge window but has been tested a while in
linux-next via my next branch.

- tmio_mmc_dma: don't print invalid DMA cookie
- mmci: Pick the correct variant and allow 8-bit mode for Nomadik
